Bryleigh surprised her family by being born a month early...and with an extra chromosome. She's continued to bring wonderful surprises to her family...and all those who meet her!

Will has a way of capturing your heart (immediately). His contagious smile, snuggly hugs and warm heart help us remember what is most important in life!

Branson
Branson will make you laugh and smile, even on the most difficult of days. He's sweet, funny, smart, spunky, talented...and a total hoot!

Kaleigh
Kaleigh is a rock star. Like many other girls her age, she likes hanging out with her friends at school, listening to music, playing sports, music, Xbox...and just being a kid!

Connor
Connor continually shows others how much he can do. Connor has BIG things ahead of him...we plan to see him as a National Down Syndrome Association spokesperson, speaking for all persons with disabilities!

Matt
Matt has a unique personality and loves his family, friends, and community unconditionally. He is an avid Colts and Pacers fan and cuts a rug on the dance floor!

Ella
Ella has amazed doctors and professionals in ways that have left them shaking their heads. A typical response has become, "It's okay, it's an Ella thing." We foresee many, many "Ella's Thing" in her future!!!

Reece
Reece is the youngest of FIVE boys! His brothers love and adore him so much. Reece has this awesome smile and laugh that can light up an entire room! He is full of joy and happiness...and reminds others to keep things in perspective!

Brooklyn
Brooklyn has brought joy, more laughs, and more of an appreciation of the little things to her family and friends. Brooklyn is a person not a diagnosis. She has more determination to accomplish her goals than some adults! She is full of personality and spunk

Makayla
Makayla is a typical teenager! She loves dancing, swimming, camping, boating, barbies, sleepovers, watching movies, and talking on her cell phone with family and friends. She also loves cheerleading, and has some "kick butt" cheer moves!

Cooper
Cooper has MANY ways to communicate his thoughts, feelings, wants and needs. Cooper uses sign language to communicate - he has so many signs and is always learning more - it is hard to keep up with him! In addition, he uses an iPad so he can communicate with those that do not know sign language. He has become a whiz on it and is even learning keyboarding skills.

Noah
Noah's parents have learned that they have a son who happens to have an extra chromosome and that in his own time and in his own way he grows into his own person, just like their girls. He doesn’t change “who they are”, or make life easier (no child does that!), or magically bring peace to their home; he simply untaps something…a good something.

Piper
Having a child with Ds in their family has helped Piper's siblings to become more empathetic, patient, caring and giving. It has empowered their family to speak out and to become advocates to end discrimination against those w/ disabilities, to promote inclusion, to change laws that stand in they way of a child's/person's independence, to change people's perceptions/stereotypes about Ds...and to encourage other parents of children with Ds to do the same.

Wesley
Mr. Wesley is meeting many of his developmental milestones. He loves to smile and "talk" to people, so much so that people are surprised to learn he has Down Syndrome. His family hopes that being around him will change people's preconceived notions of what Down syndrome looks like or how people with Down syndrome behave.

Ashton
Ashton's family has many hopes and dreams for him. They hope and plan for a long healthy, happy life filled with family and friends that love him as much as they do. They will encourage and support Ashton in doing whatever he chooses as long as it makes him happy and brings a smile to his handsome little face!

Isaiah
Isaiah amazes his family every day. Most of the time his family and friends forget he even has Down syndrome. He is a fun, loving, caring boy with a great personality. He has touched many lives and makes our world a better place!

Meghan
In the Fall of 2012, Meghan was chosen as her high school's Junior Class Homecoming Princess. A group of Meghan's friends decided they wanted to elect someone who truly represented the qualities they felt should be exhibited by the Homecoming Princess. They sent out a picture of Meghan on Instagram with the heading, “Make a Difference, Vote for Character”. It pretty much went viral, and the rest is history!
